probs with getting aio to flip

I';ve been messing about with  a kk2 board and a multiwii lite board running "horizon" type modes , flips were easy once they were tuned ,  and I really love this flight mode.

Now fitted a aio pro board and when I flip it in horizon mode it doesn';t come back level ( well not for ages and I have to fight it to stop crashing).
It flies fine the rest of the time , its just once it flips over it holds about a 15 degree angle in the direction i';ve done the flip .

Any ideas what I need to change , have messed about with the settings and nowt much does any good?
