I have noticed that when charging my Turnigy 4s 5000mah lipos that they never have a charge more than 3.2A
It does not matter what I put in, say, 6a charge, it was like this with other chargers and all the same tyoe of batteries.
takes 90 mins to balance charge.
I heard peple charge at 2c but when i tried it was still 3.2a
what does that mean about the battery?
Thanks

You';re bottleneck may be your charger, if it can';t supply the amps you put in it won';t.
I usually charge my batteries at 1/2 or 1C depending when I need them charged - usually complete on 1C in 40mins but I never discharge below 30%.

Dont think so as I can charge my other 4s 5000 40/50c one at 5amps, seems to be the battery not letting the juice in. Other than that they are great batteries
Its this battery, great value

In that case no idea, if they have always been that slow to charge then I would assume that it';s normal. The only thing different with them is that they are hard case which are usually used on cars but that shouldn';t make any difference.

What charger is it out of curiosity, Usually its the watts output that';s the bottleneck.

I use accucel 6';s I have 3 of them and an old robitronic overloader. They max charge at 3.2a on 4s ,  however if I was to charge say a 3s battery or 2s the amps it would give out would be higher. the overloader on the other hand will charge at upto 10a from memory however its safety feature is limited by the capacity. I.e 4.5a for a 4500 and 8a for a 8000 ect. Simply an older but better charger. However it doesn';t offer balance charging.

In an ideal world and for battery life you wouldn';t want to charge above 5a anyways.
