RCTimer gimbal and Alexmos controller adjustment

I';ve got my RCTimer gimbal set up with the Alexmos Controller from Desire RC but I need to know how to adjust the roll to get the horizon level.

I';ve opened up the GUI but the roll PID don';t seem to adjust the position, even if I hit write.

Any suggestions please.

Peter

You probably did not have the sensor level when you calibrated it.  Re do the calibration and make sure it is absolutely level.

Rafter

Thanks Simon, so to do the re-callibration i,
1.  disconnect the motors,
2.  level the sensor,
3.  open the GUI on the PC
4.  Connect power on the board
5.  press the CALIB.ACC.

Ist here no way to use the GUI to adjust  roll and pitch then?

I';ve watched the vidoe from the French guy but as he says his English is not very good (understatement) and I';ve not been able to find any other tuts for the GUI.

Don';t disconnect the motors. Just go into the gui, press acc. calib and then you have 5 seconds to level the gimbal by hand. Then it will stay there.

Always smile because you never know who could be falling in love with it. :) Drone Operator in North Wales. www.aerialworx.co.uk

Stef, you';ve just gone to the top of my Christmas card list

Now, how do I get rid of intermittent black horizontal bars on the video from the GoPro, answers on a postcard please?
