Nice quad own one myself love the gopro housing very clever. what made you go with that choice of motor prop not seen it befor how dose it fly

Haha, it';s all I can muster together in Thailand. I have MN 2208, 1100kv but can';t get any 8 inch props in Thailand. These motors and props were bought for a metalhead 280, which I never ended up getting.

Not maidened it yet, just flew it around my room. Hovers at 50% throttle so should be ok.

It';s the size that appealed to me.  And the fact that it can fold which makes it great for traveling with.

Good point  The folding is a plus for me to I replaced the thumb screws with nylon screws and nut that way it has a chance to fold in a impact which will come in handy no doubt as im trying to improve my manual skills better I can hover facing away from me and towards me all day long and do slow turns just trying to get some courage to go that bit faster and further
