Servo gimbal help

Hello :) I have a servo gimbal from a friend and I want to hook it up to my F450 with Naza m lite. SoI';m connecting the two servo motors to F1 and F2 to the naza FC, enabling the gimbal options in the naza assistant and also connecting X1 channel to my spektrum transmitter. When I power up the quad the servo went in position and thats all. I';m trying to align with my controller and the flap switch but still nothing none of the servos move anywhere. In the DX6i Rx if I make flap settings to the following: Norm at 1 and Land at 42 I can see in the naza software that the X1 channel is working ie switching from 0 to 100. How can I make this one working? Photo of the gimbal below:
