Read an interesting article about jello /vibrations
after trying lots of different stuff to fiilter out and some days good vid without jello then next its back

if your rate pids are to high it could be oscillating at a high rate not visible to eye   but will cause the jello in video footage   so if you have everything trouble trying everything drop your pids down a bit and see if it makes a difference
