S800 problems?

Hi

I have being reading up on the s800 over the last few weeks and there seems to be a few major problems reported.
The main one being over heating of some components like the esc among other things causing very bad things to happen at the wrong time... How true is this or was it addressed?
Also they say its a perfect fit with the z15 but when you do the math it looks a little too close for my liking.. Such as..
S800 + lipo = 5.3 kg
Z15 = 880g
Gh2 cam = 392g
Total weight = 6.8kg
Mtow of s800= 7kg

That leaves 200g to play with!
S800 + z15 = not really the perfect match.
Or are they?
