I complain about parts from China coming overland by wheelbarrow. But that maybe a bit unfair.

Recently watched the daily progress of my Locust/Seeker parts from Guangdong.

After about 1 wk of stuffing around because they were afraid I';d give them no 5';s on ebay because the kit "looked different from the photos" (had black instead of red arms) and they decided it had a fault (some problem with the original ESCS they were going to send -- never specified what the fault was) they posted it and it was delivered to Sydney about 24 hrs after that. Where it sat for 14 days waiting for clearance.

Seems all that time you sometimes wait for that critical bit o gear is not somewhere on a tram steamer out there on the high seas dicing with the big glug glug to D Jones'; locker, but is otherwise snug and warm and awaiting someone with an official stamp to do the paperwork.
