Megapirate Accelerometer config

Hy! I uploaded MegaPirateNG_2.8_R3 for this board http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__31138__multiwii_and_megapirate_aio_flight_controller_w_ftdi_atmega_2560_v2_0.html. I set this in APM_Config.h

#define GPS_PROTOCOL GPS_PROTOCOL_AUTO  I have open the Mission Planner, but in setup section I can';t calibrate my board accelerometer. The "calibrate" button is showed, but below the button don';t see anything only "." (dot) When I click the button nothing happens. What make I wrong? Any one can help my?

That is an old version of megapirate, we all use 3.0.1r4 and it works very well, my advice is re flash using the megapirate flashtool much easier than messing with ardunio then reset to default in full parameters list in MP and it should work fine after that.
