would i need the ';rp-sma'; style of connector for my gear?

I know there are at least two standards of commonly used connector for these kinds of things.

Chris they are the wrong gender for the RC305    get a couple of these

Got my spiro';s a few weeks ago...so far seem "ok". Only had a few tests with them, possibly not as good as I was expecting, but probably just the conditions/flight I did.
