Gaza - can you make the subject line section in the forum topic list wider? It's cutting off the subject field really short.

Had another negative encounter, it's been a few years since the last one, just an uneducated ******, going on about drones being illegal yada yada yada.    :-/
Still that didn't spoil my flying time, had an absolute blast  ~~

They have some nice stuff think the hex 950 is a little big and the 650 not much bigger than you have I wonder if they would make an inbetweener?say say 800 not to big not to small  :hmm:

When I started not all the motors where spinning.  2 and 4 didnt start to spin until I put more throttle up.  Is that right ??

Hi John have you calibrated all 6 motors to your receiver they should all start together  ~~

mickyt

Hi Johnrs sorry to hear about your mishap I';m no expert so won';t even try to think why it did what it did but I';m sure you will get to the bottom of it with the wealth of knowledge on here. Hope your flying real soon all the best  ~~

After I finished sulking I have come to the same conclusion as Gary.  I did not calibrate the 2 new esc..  :banghead:  Thanks for both your replies

Gary - Do you think I should calibrate all of them again ?

Balders

put it this way, it can';t do any harm, and takes seconds :)

Cheaper than new props anyway.

I agree with Balders cant hurt to do em all  ~~

johnrs

Well its now taken flight  :)

But still having drift problems the same as my quad   :hmm: and I also noticed that motor 1 has some wobble in it.  Tried balancing the prop bit looks like there is still wobble.  Will try again tomorrow

I have noticed john that some of the prop adapters aren';t 100% true this is why its always best to buy a few more than you need, if you run the motor with no prop and prop nut watch for the adapter spindle wobbling as it slows down  and replace it if it does ~~
