I just noticed that my camera gimble has some play in it in both axis, i have not tested it yet with a video but if this play gives provision for excess vibration, how does one solve this delima? are we talking new servos here or can i put rubber washers of some sort?  :help:

Depends where the play is..    mine was in the servos.. new decent servos cured it

Put some tension on the servos, an elastic band pulling the servo should do it for a test.

Yeah laccyband or could try a spring.  I bought a spring assortment set from Maplins for this same reason.  Only 2.99 or something like that.  But it all depends on the servo and linkage setup.  I recently upped the servo size as I was getting gimbal oscillation from bad combo of springs, slop in linkage and under sized servo.  Just exprriment a bit.

Thanks guys, i will try with the ideas you suggest.
