As above really :) I';m looking to put some extended landing gear on my X525 quad with the intention of putting a light camera payload underneath.

Can anyone suggest anything please? I';ve had a look around but not much has come up.

Cheers :)

That looks pretty nice. I assume you just drill new holes in the base plate and bolt these in?

That is very nice Craig  ~~ they also do a budget one which is quite good http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Landing-Skid-Gear-Stand-Kit-Multi-Quad-copter-Hexacopter-Gimbal-/230890982652?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item35c22cccfc  ~~

I got the budget one for my 1.3kg quadcopter - they bend too much with the weight. I bought another budget set and doubled them up for strength which works fine. The more expensive ones look very good for heavier quadcopters.
One circlip short of a quadcopter.
1 lobe short of an antenna.

Am I right in thinking that if I wanted to add a basic generic camera holder to the bottom it';s just a case of find a bolt and try to match it up? I';m used to helicopters where everything fits together nicely :D

Yup some of the frame kits come with gear made to fit but most of the time its a see it want it work out how to fit it job   ~~

benchmark

I personally do not think  ';H'; type landing gear as in Helicopters is suitable for Quads since i take off and land from vary uneven terrain hence i have found out that individual legs to each arm gives better support, less risk of tipping when landing too.
