3DR Radio Config for UK/Europe

Couple of people have asked my about how to set up the 3DR';s for UK legal frequencies etc.. 3Dr radios are available in 433mhz and 900mhz models.. only 433Mhz should be used in the UK.



This is the UK regulations: MIN_FREQ=433050 MAX_FREQ=434790 TXPOWER<=8 DUTY_CYCLE=10


To change the settings you can do it in Mission Planner or use the 3DR tool...  http://vps.oborne.me/3drradioconfig.zip

To upgrade the firmware.. you can only update the local module, so to update both you will need and FTDI adapter... both local and remote radios need to have the exact same config and firmware version.
