3DR Config file for LEA-6 - What it changes...

Have been looking at what the 3DR text config file does to the settings of the LEA-6 GPS.. without wasteing hours of my life.. these are the headline summary changes...

Reset GPS
Set standard Datum
Switches to UBLOX binary message formay
Changes baud rate to 38400
Sets refresh rate at 10hz
Turns off a lot of GPS sentences to minimise overhead to APM
Tweaks interference rejection
Changes re-aquire timeout
Sets GPS for aeronautical 6g
Turns on differential GPS, ie: EGNOS etc

Hi,
Good work I know how tedious it is checking lines of Hex, changing the order of the bytes converting to decimal  all to what end? My copy of u-blocs 6 Receiver Description is tear stained as a result. I did all that with NEO-6M modified with a "bolt on" EEPROM, when OSBandi first started writing code for GPS on MultiWii, about 1.9 If I remember correctly.
Now I have a similar set of problems with  NEO-6M and Adopter 2.91. This time I don';t seem able to dump the configuration file. I will SUSE it out not a lot can be wrong as my u-center GUI works fine with the unit, which in turn works fine on MultiWii 2.2 prov. Its some thing to do with the bd rate in CFG-PRT or the UART selection.
