has anyone found a faster method of charging the batteries?

Chris_D

No, but the batteries are cheap so just buy enough to cycle through them.

Charge 6 @ once with one of these:

(they have stock in UK warehouse)

They only take 10 minutes or so to charge from a high-amperage USB port.  Also the advice to buy a few and maybe a couple of chargers is good. I have two chargers and three LiPo for my X4. Keeps me in the air almost continuously, except for battery changes.

yeah don';t think my laptop has one cause it takes more than an hour to charge :(

I got 2 lipo';s that keep me going for a while doing figure 8';s between my lounge & kitchen.
just when I get the hang of it - the batteries run down :(

will chat with the guy I bought it from and see if he has anymore lipo';s

Get yourself a decent USB mains charger.  I use an Apple 2.3A charger, which I picked up for a tenner on Amazon.

Then get yourself the Hubsan USB Charging Cable, the 1 to 5 splitter, a set of spare LiPos, and Robert is a close relative.

They also do 500mAh LiPos, which are a bit longer than the 380mAh ones and fit the 107C and 107D perfectly.

One of these, charge up to 6 lipos independantly & run it off a 12v PSU (off a laptop, I use one for an old scanner)
Or run it off a 12v battery if you';re out & about.

Thats a neat find. I visited their website, its £16.51 including shipping from their UK warehouse.  Slightly cheaper on EBay but shipped from Hong Kong.

 damn the new 2nd battery I bought died last night. I charge it up but when I plug it in and switch on I get all the LEDs flashing - battery flat :(

I MADE a 6s balance lead to use on my Genuine imax b6. Takes around 45- hr to charge 6. Keeps me in the air for an hour.  ~~

Wouldn';t that be a ~6c charge rate..?

Indeed. If the charge is taking less than 30mins I would be concerned as I doubt very much these will take more than a 2c charge rate! These chargers must rely on the limited (500mA usually) current of the USB socket to control the charge rate, which is a little scary.
