HK Multiwii 328P board and Spektrum Satellite

Hey all,

Still faffing with my miniquad, trying to shave off some weight. I';m using the 328P-based Multiwii controller from Hobbyking which has a DSM2/X port for a satellite rx. Has anyone had any experience running a copter with one of these? I can';t get mine to play the game.

I';ve set the board up using a 6ch rx with the satellite connected to that. Everything seems to work fine in this configuration. When I plug in the sat rx only, re-upload the firmware and enable the following lines:

#define SPEKTRUM 2048
#define SPEK_SERIAL_PORT 0

and switch over the USB/Satellite jumper on the board, I get no response. The light on the sat rx comes on so I';m assuming it';s still bound to the tx. You can';t view data over the USB serial port in MultiwiiConf when the satellite jumper is enabled (board only has one UART) so I can';t check whether any of the tx inputs are registering.

Anyone else had/resolved this?

Cheers! ::)
