Crius AIOP V2 - multiwii 2.3 motor cutout/glitch

Hi Guys
I posted on several forums about my issue with no success so far, so you are my last hope  ::)
I have a Flip FPV PRO quad, with a Crius AIOP V2, running MWI 2.3, with sunnysky x2212/980 kv motors and some hobbywing funfly 30A Esc';s ...I flew nice with no issue...suddenly the rear-right engine cuts off really short in flight causing my quad to drop on the rear-right side and crashing...I changed the esc, I swapped the motors, but with no result...As an interesting fact after arming, all other 3 motor spool nicely, except this one which starts late, almost 40 % throttle, and randomly for a shorter or longer time just cuts off...I lost today one of the delrim landing legs due to my stubborness of getting my quad airborne...
I also calibrated throttle range and if connected to the receiver and ESC directly the motor spins nicely which is funny...

Please help, since it';s beyond frustrating and I am out of any ideas on what to check...

esc Hobbywing Skywalker 20a

I think I did not properly merged reciver and aiop panel
I use power over esc
how do you conect other pins and reciver
ppm free,+ free,
another -,+ and throtle with throtle on reciver
next pins ailerons,elevator,rudder with reciver
I should connect the AUX 1, 2,3,4?
where?

Just a quick question how did you do your esc calibration ?

Manually with reciever
Or within the multiwii code?

Either way when doing any calibration please remember to remove your props!

The esc calibration was done individually for each of the esc';s and it spinned normal when connected directly..no glitches or cutouts at all. I start to think my crius aiop is busted?

I';m having a similar issue with my board.

I';ve still go to move my motors and ESCs around but it';s clear in my case  that there is an issue with front right.

Motors around to check. Serif the issue moves.

Had similar problem with my aiop but the problem went away when I used the code to set up the esc, directly setting up the esc, I found I lost power and random glitching of motor power.

All was better done this way

Hi and tx for your reply.
So, did you do like this:
Remove props, upload uncommented multiwii, disconnect, plug lipo, wait for the beeps, comment esc line agaon, upload and thats it?
What min-max values you have?

im useing simon k esc  so in config i has special esc selected in config h

They should be standard esc unless you flash them of course.
So the default min max in the multiwii code should be fine.

I increased all my travels to 2000 max and 1000 min and calibrated the esc"s with the mwii code.
Guess what:now all my motors start all at the same time, and seems my issue is gone.
I have to test fly it but so far lppls good.
Strangely I did the individual esc calib with the rx only and it dodn';t worked

NOPE...static indoor test  looked good but actual flying it still cuts the motor in flight.
Today';s casualty: one broken propeller...
I am beyond frustration and have no other ideas...
