Cheap LEA-6 GPS

I found this on GLB this morning it might be cheaper than most of the other LEA-6 gps modules, what do you guys think ?

does it feature an EEPROM?

It looks like there is an eeprom but it doesnt seem to say and the main thing is with the lea-6 it can also have the firmware upgraded
