here's a video of my first ever flight with my Gopro fitted to the quad it was just stuck to the top with a GoPro mount like in the picture below, The quad was a bit on the wobbly side but the video seemed to come out ok for a first attempt, I was more worried about breaking my new toy and the cost of it  :o

[attach=1]

I have used the GoPro to video all my test flights but I have it strapped to my head with the GoPro head mount, No there wont be a picture of this, The neighbour saw me once and well I didnt know where to look  ::)

I gotta ask is that a cd spindle the type you buy with blank disks with your gopro stuck on top  :)

Gaza07

Yes it is I have used them a few times, that is the 50 size because the flyduino stack is quite tall, I prefer the 25 size like on the sporran I built in the quad forum, and yes the GoPro is stuck with one of it standard mounts to the top it works very well  ~~

Thanks for the reply i also notice in this video you have a yellow ball up front but in some of the other forums you don't, do you use the ball for orientation ? when flying further away

Gaza07

Yes its sole purpose is so I can see which is the front I don't use them so much now but when at an open field they are very useful  ~~
Its just a very light foam cat ball and some outer snake from aero modelling to hold it in place  ;)
