Tbh I've been really busy, not had much time to fly anything and with conditions being crap, hopefully in the new year I'll have some new projects on the go, mostly to do with HAM radio, will certainly fly again soon. FTR I hate FB too   :D Merry Christmas

Will be interesting to see if wifi can be disabled, as that';ll be a worry, being close to either 2.4ghz radio gear or FPV gear if you use VHF.  Smaller size is nice, haven';t looked at the weight spec';s yet.

MMmmm so you allow profanity on this forum .... not sure I completely approve  .... most forums I have belonged to don';t allow swear words to be typed in full .. one would normally see F*** if it must be used etc

Far be it from me to be the profanity police but you never know what age group are viewing the forum and I would always err on the side of not printing such words in full - especially in thread titles.

There is actually no real need for it in when all';s said and done - don';t you think  :(

Just my two pennorth  :hmm:

Dont mind the odd bit of swearing but I think the first word in the heading of a topic might just be a bit to much  hope you don';t mind Pete I';ve edited it slightly as the forum is fully open to guests, of all ages  ;)
I understand your anger at gopro but I felt the same when I bought a gopro 1 and a week later the gopro 2 appeared and they was no upgrade path, but it seems it happens all the time and some thing we have to live with

Please note if you post says it has been edited by me it is just where I have had to alter the heading as it passes down through the answers  ;)

it is very annoying when you spend your hard earned cash on something you think is up to date only to be whacked the spuds  :blink  when a new, faster, better, more feature packed model come out.  I have had my gopro 2 hero for 3 months now, just received my wifi bac today and got an email about the Hero 3  :banghead:

Some of us PC gamers are use to this when new faster CPU/GPU come out from Intel, AMD or Nivdia.  Drives me mad   :frantic:

PS.... loving the new animated faces...   :bravo:
