RC Timer 'Carbon Reinforced' Props (10 inch)

I've been having another look at the rc timer 'carbon reinforced' 10 inch props i bought ages ago now that i have a decent prop balancer to see if i can make them balance and if they run better than the flyduino glass fibre reinforced once i have otherwise.

They seem a bit stiffer, a bit heavier, and really quite badly out of balance when new. The amount of hot glue I've had to add to the hubs to get them in balance is a little worrying. The RCtimer props are black and the flyduino prop green below;

i took a couple of videos to try and demonstrate;

They don't sound any louder than the flyduinos so they can't be too bad now I've balanced them, i hope...

Unfortunately the weather is too bad to test fly outside, but i may manage a brief hover over my bed once the lipo is charged.

One circlip short of a quadcopter.
 1 lobe short of an antenna.

The black one looks crap, the normal rctimer props arent very good at the best of times but the carbon reinforced one is much worse from looking at your picture, I wont be wasting any of my money on any of them, thanks for posting your finding  :bravo:
