Someone with a Futaba might be able to help you. However the issue you have is going to be one of the following:

1. You have the wrong channels plugged in from your RX to the FC
2. You have some sort of channel mixing going on - which you will have to disable - I don't know how you do this on a futaba.

Have you used the multiwii configurator program on your PC?

Once you have verified that your RX are correct (it seems they are correct so long as the channels you have connected are what are on your radio).

The next thing to do is to calibrate your ESC's - have you done this? If not, do the following:

1. take off your propellers
2. plug each ESC into the Throttle channel of your RX (make sure you have signal and ground the right way)
3. Switch TX on, with throttle in 'max' position
3. turn on your ESC (plug lipo in)
4. you should hear some beeps (usually 2)
5. bring throttle to 'min' position - should hear 1 beep

do this for each ESC.

You may have to read the manual for each of your ESC's if they are not calibrated by the above method.

You can also use the KK board to calibrate the ESC's but it is better done one at a time.

Hi Tuga_75 for us to help you we will need some more details and pictures of your setup, please take some pictures of your copter from different angles and one good pic looking from the top also let us know the model of the rx your using so we can check the connections,
which version of multi wii are you using ?
is your tx set for acro and not heli ?
did you use a fresh model memory that has been reset to make sure there is no mixing or sub trim set ?
post a few pics and the information above and we should be able to start right from the beginning and get you going  ~~
