Wonder how many channels his radio gear has? Presumably quite a lot that he was able to dedicate one to getting the guy to drink redbull!

Impressive stuff - although i can't help thinking if only they'd made it a little bit bigger you wouldn't need the radio controller.
One circlip short of a quadcopter.
1 lobe short of an antenna.

That blue thunder is one smart piece of kit..nice find phil!! :bravo:

yeah like the Blue Thunder the best.  It's a shame the one in the film got broken up / left to rot.  Remember seeing pics once of the cockpit / cab in a sorry state anyway

Rappy Freak

Some very nice looking gear there.....I want one  :whistling:

I built a Scale JetRanger once albeit a 450 sized heli.  I always wanted a scale heli so when I could finally afford it I built it.  I have to say that I soon got bored of a scale model.  Ended up selling and sticking to pod n boom heli flying and of course quads...far more interesting.

I know a few other fellow flyers who sold on their scale master pieces after a little time of build completion/ownership.

I think it's the cost of such a thing and comming to the fact that you don't want to fly it as much due to the risk of destruction / crash lol.

They are desirable though.
