My FPV rig - tidied up and re-factored slightly

I re-factored some of my FPV rig';s design and these are the piccies.  It certainly looks a lot better, although I';ve not been able to fly it yet because of all of this rain.

Primary work done has been to fit the landing skids the correct way round (thank you @DarrellW for spotting that). I have also isolated the power for the FPV TX to a dedicated 850mAh Zippy LiPo. This frees up the balance connector on the main battery to plug in one of those battery alarms set to 3.7 volts which should give sufficient time to land.  I have also turned off the Naza M Lite';s power management as I simply do not trust it, especially after it dumped my quad into a field last week.

Enough rabbiting, see for yourself.

The 850mAh Zippy is secured to the lower deck with a velcro pad and strap. The Fat Shark high pass filter is positioned to the right hand rotor arm.

The top deck contains all of the electronics. You can see one of Gav';s amazing skew planar antenna just above the GoPro.

This is the business end

So much better with the landing skids facing the correct way  :embarrassed  :slap:

Here she is, in all her glory

Seriously, if you';re flying with the rubber ducks still, do yourself a favor and get a set of these from Gav
