Naze32 motors 100% on power up

Hey all,  I';m new to the forum. I was at the last meet and can';t remember many people';s names...
I was hoping to get some help setting up my new acro quad build...
I';m using my old F450 frame and a naze32 FC.
Everything seems more or less ok,  but I can';t test fly it because when I power the quad up,  the motors go to 100% throttle until I arm them - then they respond and I can throttle back to 0.

Im using afroESC';s and have calibrated them - the are perfectly fine on their own.

Anyone had this problem before? Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers
