Hello, can any one tell me the best way to setup the Naza lite for fast forward flight.
had a play with the gains but not found the sweet spot yet.
checked the C of G etc.

this is a standard dji 450 with lite and the extra weight of my fpv gear.

compared to my wife';s naza V1 mine pitches up
almost balloon like.

any tips would be great

Britishguy

hi geek i have the lite,

might sound dumb but you mean it climbs when youre going fast forward?

Geek

when I fly straight and level as fast as possible the nose will pull up all of a sudden this is in manual mode.

Gav

So you';re belting along in FFF and it will pitch up out the blue or when you start to level out?

just all by it';s self. feels like it';s stopping dead.

on a flybarless heli it';s to much gain so been dropping them.
even copied the V1';s in the the lite but didn';t work ( was trying to be lazy and go fpving sooner then playing with settings

Gav

Put the lite on  your wifes 450 and lob the naza m onto yours.  Jobs a goodun

Geek

Thanks Gav but not touching the bosses.

Got a low res video uploading to show it.
Might take a while my net is slow

Gav

Ok yes a vid will be good.  Off to bed now need some kip, so will ava look tomoz.

nub

interesting my lite has done something similar a couple of times, i noticed it when trying to level out after having the quad pitched full forward hard on the throttle.

Point and click.

Monkey see, Monkey do.

Britishguy

never had this prob,

could try reflashing it through the assistant and calibrating the imu on a level surface

then give the stock gains a try shown in the 450 manual

Gav

I can see it happening.  So you';re pushing forward on elevator and throttle and it just pitches up like that with out easing off?  Weird.  Ive had my 450 loaded with gimbal spaz out after full pitch forward and a long run.  But I';ve put that down to it being under powered and since I';ve upped to 4s, I don';t get that issue.  But not had a pitch up brakes on stop before. Hmmmm

Geek

Thanks Gavin.

I am sure it';s a gain.
Will play some more.
Not given up yet
