Got my ov3rquad today, what a great frame!

Biffa

Nice Lloyd, did you purchase it or get someone to cut it for you?
Steve

Britishguy

thanks Biffa, just sent someone the dxf file and they cut it and sent it
::)

its extremely nice and a better arm layout than the discovery

Hands0n

That looks awesome - can';t wait to see it built and flying  ~~

Is this one of your own designs?  What does doing something like this typically cost (if you don';t mind me asking)?  I';m guessing you';ll be using DJI-style arms for the quad.

Just visited the link. That looks really great assembled. I could see something like that being the successor to my Alien 450 FPV rig  :smiley:

thanks to CrocuS
@rcmpt

Biffa

Yeah it';s quite a bit bigger than your average FPV style frame, plenty of room for a tidy build as you say.
Steve

Hands0n

Oh my!  :o  The JC version is a bit epic  :cool: :cool:  I';m sold on the idea.  Thats going to look like the starship Enterprise coming over the horizon  :laugh:

looking good  :smiley: where can you get one made? :notworthy:

Hands0n

Maybe we could get a job lot done for interested forum members?  I';d certainly be interested in grabbing a set of plates, even if I don';t actually build it right away.

sure if anybody wants them just pm me and i will get them cut, price may differ ~£40-50 depending on how much the seller wants this time and dhl customs etc

or i can pass on the sellers details

I';m not making any money from these just providing an easy source for them!

also check out my thread for frame accessories you need to put the frame together http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk/index.php?topic=4807.0
