RCTimer 8x5 or 8x4.5?

Evening peeps,  on my 450 clone I have some RCTimer 8 x 4.5 Carbon Fiber Props, generally all fine and balance fairly easily.

However I mistakenly ordered some more and got 8 x 5 instead of 8 x 4.5 props.
Now I assume i obviously can';t mix them, and the 8 x 5 ones have a more graupner style to them but should i expect better, worse or just different performance from the 8 x 5';s?

i found on the 8x5 i had to use more throttle..
the 8x4.5  not so much......more surface area on the slo-fly type than the graupner shape..
