have a look at this for something different !

would be very interesting on getting one to try and convert to 2.4ghz

I';m guessing that the yaw is done by twisting the stick but what about the throttle?

Anyone know?

theres a load of sliders and switches on the side, i would image throttle is done on a slider or turning pot

Looks like there is a throttle slider on the right side of one, on top of the other, guess you would use your index or middle finger to adjust it, bloody akward.

I';ve found the manual.

http://manuals.hobbico.com/fut/8ssap-manual.pdf

A couple of pages in from the back shows the layout.  It obviously needs two hands to operate despite only having one stick.  It looks more difficult to operate than a standard Tx.

Haha, I';ve been fantasising about trying to set up a controller system that uses two 3DConnexion Space Navigators, one for multirotor control the other for gimbal control.

It would be quite a tricky thing to master but I';m sure the brain would end up coping.
