Hi Steve
I believe dji have a chart of basic gains listed in the Naza quick start guide.

They';re just a starting point to be tuned by yourself.  My Naza, i have kept the attitude gains at 80 ish, whilst the basics are on 100-110.  That';s on a 450 with similar spec to yours.

Here is a TBS wiki for your reference. If you scroll down to section 2.2 - Gains, that has a few example Naza gains settins for different configurations.
I hope that helps.
DJI F450 : CC3D : SK3 2830 - 920KV : Turnigy Plush 30A (SIL) flashed with BLHeli v10.4
TBS Disco + Homebrew Core : Naza M V2 + GPS : iOSD Mini : 880KV Arducopter Motors : Turnigy Plush 30A (SIL) flashed with BLHeli v10.4 : D8R-II+ : 4S 4000mAH Battery
Turnigy 9XR, ER9X FW, FrSky DJT

I have the same set-up as you and I flew mine for a month on just stock out-of-the-box setting and it was fine, only after a good bit of flight time did I start to tune the gains. Cant really go wrong as long as you don';t change the setting too much in one hit.

Steve
Your first step is to download the manual from the DJI website and follow the instructions there.  This should get you up and running, if not then once followed give an update on what issues you have.

I am assuming you are running 4S Lipo..   I would not use those props.. get yourself some 9x5';s or 9x4.7 Carbon Props.
Start with these gains 150/135/125/125 and 140/125
