Tarot gimbal advice

Hi guys,

I';m looking to get the Tarot T-2D GoPro Hero3 gimbal for my Tarot T650 quad.

Is it possible to change the X and Y axis while in flight, so that the camera (go pro) can point in a different direction?

Is this a standard feature? I have a spektrum DS8.

you can get it to tilt up and down via the radio but not pan

I have one on my Phantom, it';s really good straight out of the box, I got mine from oomodel, again, very good service and communication.
