Well I gave it my best shot but I don';t have the skill required to make this work. Based on a product I saw for removing vibration on car wheels I tried to apply it to the hobby by building prop washers on the same idea as Centramatic Centramatic Wheel Balancer on Vimeo

I used a 2p coin some 1mm ball bearings ( 30 ) and some copper tube, I turned the 2p on my lathe down to a better size and so that it would be concentric to the 5mm hole I drilled, heat treated the copper so it would bend easily, formed it round the 2p and cut it to exactly the right size, fed in the balls with some oil and soldered it all. Then turned it on the lathe again to remove the solder. despite my best it was still well out of true. Well it was worth a go, if anyone has access to a better workshop they may have better luck.
