This is my first test using the gopro hero 3 black .
not got a gimbal yet , it`s stuck on to the bottom of my hexacopter and pointing down at a 45 degree angle and using the full underwater case , not the best idea , but will do for now.

Looking at getting one of these next .

For no gimbal that was pretty rock solid. did you stabilise in post? What multi do you have?

The tarot go pro gimbal is the business, but can be had much cheaper than that.

Oh, and please don';t fly there...  ~~

Yes , I did use stabilise in post .

but i`m still pleased with the result , no jello with the camera attached directly on to the body of the craft , no anti vibration mount used and with a gimbal it should remove that drop when you go forwards .

A full battery test

The problem is with the above clip on stablise it`s too good and boring , when look in the same direction you can`t see any movement.

3 flights and I crash it

I was having problems with the GPS locking , and it wanted to go it own direction and a little hard to control , so i was going to land it and give it a reboot , but it headed towards to fence and tried to power it over , but that didn`t work too good for me , 3 broken carbon props .

Nice picture from the Go Pro.
Don';t be surprised if someone complains about privacy tho';
Let's be careful out there.
SAFETY is.. NO accident.

Like I said, please don';t fly there! You';re luck it was only the fence it hit, and not one of your neighbours children. 3 broken props is nothing.

Regulations may seem like a pain, but they';re there with good intent - to protect you and the people and property around you. I';m sure we';ve all done a quick test in the back garden (I';m fortunate that mine is surrounded by trees and fields), but your flights go well beyond that.  From your video this more than qualifies as a built-up / populated area, but even if it wasn';t, it';s far too confined a space to fly safely - you have no room to manouver if things go wrong, as you discovered.

Sorry to be the RC-police, but the more accidents and incidents happen, the more the screws will tighten for all of us.
