Need Help setting up Taranis with Naza-Lite [F450]

I';m in over my head, this is my first full size build (a F450) and i';m struggling setting up the Taranis with my Naza-M-Light software.
If anybody can help id be most grateful, i';ve got it bound ok and done all the usual things like flashing the FW, got my head around the companion9x SW etc but I just have no idea how to setup the sticks and switches properly. I would love a step by step guide but can';t find anything close. When I get it sorted I will definitely do a guide as this must be a popular combo.

The hard bit is setting U port on the Naza .

I set switch SA as a source on channel 5 on the mixer with 100% , and a second mix with the source of switch SF , SF down , 57% ( Replace ) which is the failsafe.

The other bit is setting the Servo limits for channel 5 which is  :- CH5 , U , -3.6 , -6.9 , 60 INV 1500 ^

The only way to do it is to play , in the end if you get it wrong just delete and start again.
The videos are a good way to start you off , after that just practice.
Don';t try to do it all in one go , learn and understand each screen in turn , I still have a few screens to work on.

I had a play last night and got it airborne  :beer2:, need to play with the gains but am making progress now.
I';m just flying in manual mode so just simply setup the sticks and nothing else for now, next will be setting up my gains to the pots I guess. Thanks for all the support  ~~
