ublox GPS v2

Hi guys
Probably a dumb question
Jusr looking at installing a new crius ubloxV2  gps and am confused with the black connector. Does it just connect to same port in the same way as the molex as it won';t fit with the case attached and not sure if it will fit? ?

Its an RC Timer APM 2.5.2.
Got the V1 connected currently.  Seemed strange that the new lead doesn';t seem to be the correct one?

Yes, I thought it was odd too - the cable supplied with the Crius GPS doesn';t work with the Crius AIO.

I think this is what you need:
