Repairing a balance lead.

I was unfortunate to have one wire of the balance lead of a new battery come off, so me being thrifty decided to have a go at fixing it.
After watching a few videos on YouTube I have done it, you have to be very careful where your soldering iron goes but if you';re careful it';s fairly simple.

The finished article - nice blue electrical tape I use at work, I have tape of each of the convention colours for wiring, even the Yellow/Green. I like it that way, it looks more professional!
