Anybody got the number?...cannot find it anywhere on Google.  Secretive lot!

Let's be careful out there.

Online chat only I think.  I returned faulty fpv goggles once with a nice letter asking them to call me once they tested them.  Did they heck.  Took ages of online chat to get a refund.  After sales support can be and is painfully slow.

I personally found Hobbyking   & its customer service a pain in the rear.
No wonder they keep the UK  phone number secret...too many complaints probably.

I have never had to complain about other Chinese sellers...so they get my hobby money.
Let's be careful out there.

I';m usually quite adept at finding this kind of stuff out.  HobbyKing is proving a right challenge.  There are several forums with quite "robust" discussion about the pros and cons of buying from HK.  A Chinese company it seems like all is good if all is good. But if anything goes wrong they haven';t the beginning of a scooby about customer service, it is not something they do.   For my own part, I';ve got the buyers'; scars from dealing with Chinese suppliers - still use them, but always with my heart in mouth.  ::)

I saw on RC Groups (from an Aussie forumite) that the Hobbyking owner was an Australian!
