DJI have released this today.  In notes there is a CHinglish reference to removing serial number from 50 waypoint functionality.  If this is true, my Friday has just been made!!

Oh, and there';s now a motor test function.  Sweet.  ~~

Yep, just installed latest firmware, and unlocked 50 waypoints!  Bear in mind you need the 2.4 ghz downlink kit before you can use it (which I purchased last month) My D/L came with 1 waypoint, which is limiting to say the least!  Wow, gonna fire up Google Earth now, plan my next route!  At least now I can move on from A to B.  ::)

Happy way-pointing folks.  :beer2:

P.S oh yes, the motor test feature looks dead useful (once you accept their disclaimer!  DJI';s legal team are sure earning their Yen now).

DJI: Xièxiè :notworthy:

Oh by the way, if you have the bluetooth module, don';t use the micro USB port on the module itself for firmware updates, I tried it last time and it failed.  Use the MC port.  They may have fixed that, but I just used the method I know works for me.
