Good afternoon all,

I';ve ordered the Flytrex http://www.uavision.co.uk/flytrex_core/ to use on my F550 and Discovery. To save a little cash I';ve only ordered one. To make de-installation & installation easy I need to fabricate two of these cables:

Question is.... does anyone know where I can source the 2x plugs and 1x socket required?

Cheers :)

I would go onto e-bay and order some servo extensions, you can get them in bundles for a few quid. Then you will just have to cut the leads to length and solder them.

I am making some custom length extensions and have just ordered leads for myself

The pic posted shows 4 wires, servo extensions only have 3! Sorry I don';t know where you can get them!  :hmm:

Hi all,

Well the Flytrex Core has just turned up and I';ve managed to find connectors that are ';good enough';. Those 4-way crimp connectors Tony Campbell posted do the trick and for the ';sockets'; I';ve gone for pwm fan cables.

As you can see the sockets are double height :( but work none the less.

Cheers Guys :)

Smit,  If you need to support the plug inside that deep socket, oil the plug, insert into the deep socket and push some milliput into the space left in the socket. Let the milliput dry for a bit and slide the oiled plug out. Leave the putty to dry completely and it should be good to go.

Hi all hope your all well, was good see most of you at Basingstoke last month.

We haven';t had much chance to fly our new S800 eveo yet :( but when we do ill post some more pics etc.

Anyway FYI Additional spare cables for the Flytrex can be purchased here http://uavision.co.uk/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=51.

Take care all
