Accel calibration in mission planner not working..

Hi

I am new to this forum and new to rcflight.

I just bought this Crius Quadcopter:  http://www.ebay.com/itm/380616101499?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
it was preloaded with Megapirate 2.7 something.. firmware

I have connected a turnigy 9x stock tx/rx with it and that is working.
But when I try in mission planner to calibrate the accel, I just get the message command received instead of it taking me through the various positions..

Also, when I go to the software tab in mission planner and it tries to read basic pids. I get two errormessages, you find them attached..
The first one says Failed to process THR_ACCEL_P something and when I click ok, theres another one..

Since the calibration of the accel did not work, I entered the setup mode in the terminal, and ran the level command there while the quad was on level grounds.
It read some values.. and seemed to work..

I have just tried the quad for a minute or so(in stabelize mode), and have to say that it did not seem very stable.
Maybe this instability have something to do with my accel not having been calibrated?
What to I have to do to get ridd of this error?

Have tried several version of mission planner with no luck.

Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

If you can';t get the Calibration to work from the Mission Planner GUI then try using the CLI instead.

Go to Terminal - click Connect APM and once you get the command prompt enter the command "setup level" (without the quotes).  Make sure your quad is correctly level before doing this.

Thank you for reply. I already did the level command in the terminal, but is that equal to the calibrate accel button in mission planner, or good enough?

Your running megapirate If I remember right that way of leveling never worked you have to use the terminal,
the version of arducopter that megapirate was ported from is just to old  ~~
