Awesome, looking forward to my first quadcoptering experience :) I haven';t had a chance to get mine working, will try again tonight. Anyone got some spare lipos? I only have one. Anything else I need to bring?

What connectors are you using on your lipos? I';ve got some 3s lipos you can use tomorrow if you like.

Someone should utilise the multi rotor technology for cloud seeding. Could clear a hole in the clouds above our flying field!

Hi Everyone,

The meetup today was great. About 15+ multis were there, was good fun. We had two incidents (atleast up until I left), Martin piled his Phantom at full speed into a grass verge by mistake, and a 450 was flown into some trees. With the help of a local home owner, the 450 was found and all was well.

Was a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

Well I did manage to get a little bit of video but none from the ';Coffin';, because I kept pulling the power from the hd19 camera before ending the recording (muppet). 
Will post video later on once I';ve cut out the majority lol.

Bit late thanks to a closed M25, but had a great afternoon once we got there!

don';t know why my quad felt so underpowered, had to take the landing gear off to get airborne.
may have to try a 4S at 14.4v.
i';ve some new 1000kv motors in the post from rctimer so maybe they will make a difference?

Enjoyed the afternoon - it was getting sunny and warm as people were leaving!
However, will be good to see others at the next and who can show me some tricks I don';t yet know!
I was amazed at the number of DJI Naza';s there.

I think more people should learn to fly in manual mode!!

I stay in Stanwell right next to Heathrow and been looking for a group or club or event to join as the amount of questions a person wants and needs to ask is hard all by your self
