Stef';s Gimbal so far..  just got the back plate to print.. also printed housing for axis sensor... uses 2212 motors..

Designed to mount between the plates on a TBS Discovery...    files sourced by Stef..

This is what it will look like..

If YOU can fly it, I CAN crash it.

Lol.. its not really viable to print these to sell... there are a lot of parts.. and it takes a good number of hours..    there is also a lot of filament used, tbh.. would need to charge something like £40 + postage to even be anywhere near breaking even..

Plus side is that its designed specifically for the TBS..  and its very light..  you would still need to source your own motors @ £30 for two.. and controller boat @ £30..      so for around £100 you could have Brushless Gimbal on your TBS...

Will see how Stef gets on with hers first..  if your still interested after that let me know

Best Regards

That roll motor looks as though it is arse about face. the motor wires will be rotating around the can as it moves.

Jumpy07

Simon.. yep the roll motor wires are at front.. but doesent seem a big issue.. most of the printed gimbals seem that way..

Weight with motors is 160g (without gopro and controller)

The motor mounts needed reamed quite a bit to fit Rctimer 2212 Brushless Motors..

If you fit this to the TBS.. you will have to raise the FPV cam methinks..
