Hi guys quick question

Running 3S 500 mah lipo';s what should my lipo warning alarm be set at?

I know you should leave 25-30% in. But what voltage do I set my alarm to??  :hmm:

I should be roughly putting 3500 - 4000 mah back in correct?

Generally you should not allow your LiPo to discharge to less than 3.0v per cell. So for a 3S the overall pack voltage should not be less than 9v.

There is a good PDF on LiPo do and don';t here http://www.4-max.co.uk/pdf/dos-and-donts-lipo.pdf

Or this --> http://www.rchelicopterfun.com/rc-lipo-batteries.html

I set my LiPo warning alarm to 3.4v so that it allows me sufficient time to land - generally that is less than 30 seconds.  But then I';m also running a timer of 6 minutes which all my LiPo give me in excess of.

If your LiPo isn';t recovering to at least 3.7v per cell within a minute of landing, you';ve running it too low. I run with the alarm at 3.5V.
