JDI PHANTOM firmware upgrade now wont see RC

Hi,
Just updated Firmware on my Phantom to 3.16. but has now lost communication with the rc
it says I have to reset all parameters, but dont know how to do this as the default config file wont open,
Is there a quick solution to this ?
just blinks red yellow red yellow.. and cant start the motors ? in fact the rc does not move the sliders when the unit is plugged in to the computer ?

I';m using A Mac with Parallels and windows 7

Hi Paul,
I had same problem with Naza v2, What i did was unplug u from rx aux for flight mode and the sliders worked then plug u back in, Hope this helps,

Paul,

Which type of receiver is selected in the Basic/RC screen? I think the new firmware defaults to S-bus, most likely you would choose ';traditional';. I noticed this when I upgraded yesterday.
