Testing GoPro - Flight Around my Workplace.

I';ve tweaked the positioning on the GoPro.  I';ve cut away the canopy and mounted the GoPro more internally cable tied to a couple of pieces of anti-vibration foamy stuff.  The result is quite a pleasing image with little (or no) Jello.   ~~

The issue now is my flying  ::)  Obviously being mounted directly on the frame, every tweak and correction by myself is shown and makes it flit about a bit.  I';ve not tuned any PID';s, all still very much at default as I';m somewhat confused by it all at present.  I would appreciate any help on what I can do to ';slow'; initial input down a tad, but I don';t want to loose too much control.

I work in a secondary school, that has now closed for Summer and this is me taking a quick spin around the school during my lunch break.  There is a handful of us in all the time during the holidays getting everything ready.  The site manager challenged me to fly it around the front to the other site staff who were currently up scaffolding painting windows.  Got quite blowy now and again.

This is pure footage from the GoPro uploaded to YouTube - still just blown away with the quality of these little gems!

Did another flight, this time trying to be more steady on the controls and see if I can smooth things out a bit.  Did a bit of flying around trees as a sort of something to look at while floating about.  The result is one near miss and an unfortunate ';parking'; in a tree - I';m not going to say ';crash';, as no damage and it took off again after a quick visual check over.  :)
