Hey everyone,

I found this today and it looks rather interesting as a lost copter tracking device.......

I have order a couple to try, the ';snag'; is the annual renewal so I thought I would give it a whirl......

That looks very cool. I like the lost item feature. not a bad price for the piece of mind it brings;)
If YOU can fly it, I CAN crash it.

Im not sure what to think. At first i figured if and when they ever write the app for Android that i would be all over that like a chicken on a June bug!  Then after reading their reasons why i was dissapointed to read they have no plans on making the App for Android. Claiming Android phones are not up to par with Iphones. Thats garbage!  Ive tryed both and refuse to own anything Apple....not even the fruit! Lol  Apple is trying hard to capitolize on the cellphone market and making deals with iphone app companys. Which i understand is buisness. But to try and capitolize and cater to one manufacture only supports my reasons not to jump on that circus wagon and stand strong to my Droid!  I dont know about you guys but in the U.S Apple is always pulling somekind of marketing shinanigan by only distributing their phones to only one phone carrier upon every launch of a new device. Its all marketing garbage and tactics used to attempt to capitolize the market.  With all the Iphone 5 hype and turned out to be a flop and the Tiles company says adroids need help?  Theres more Android support and use here in U.S then Apple support. Especially after reporters got a look inside the Apple factory for the very first time and reporters were shocked to learn the work enviroment there. Apple is the only manufacture i know that requires suicide nets all around their rooftops of their factorys. Google apple factory tour and see for your self. Since that video i have removed and banned apple products from my home.

Just watched that Apple tour, makes you wonder what the poor souls that make all our RC gear have to put up with...

It only works to max 150 feet, which is again pretty useless if fpv';ing. Something like these £37 GPS trackers which work anywhere where theres a mobile signal looks good to me.

True but i bet quite a few whom has lost their copter have gotten within 150 foot of them and or know close to where it dropped in that tall grass or fields. Since the tiles look sealed i wonder if you could read one in the bottom of a river and at least locate above it maybe?
