Hi

I am looking for a couple of 2208 gimbal motors but have noticed that some are advertised as 70 turns and others with 80 turns. What would be the difference between the 2 motors and which would be most suitable for a gopro 3 fibreglass gimbal. I have tried studying the motor rewinding topics on various boards but it has left me a little confused.

Thanks

Andy.

Get 80 turns - will work no problem for your application.  I am guessing more torque is available with a higher winding.

I got a couple of these for my DIY gimbal:
