I just purchased this http://www.sdshobby.com/apm-252-ardupilot-mega-25-multicopter-flight-control-board-with-6m-gps-module-p-11816.html

Took 2 to 3 weeks to arrive (normal from China)

I read the Manual here on Multi rotor UK , and I have to say Thanks , it was invaluable , and totally made my life easy , So Jumpy07 Cheers  :beer2: , it was really informative ,
Now , this is the Question , all the pins in my board are pre soldered , even the pins along the GPS /L2c side , I have not seen any others with these pins on .

Can anyone tell me what they are for >??

The Board that arrived is a Blue 3Dr board , and looks nicely soldered , I followed the Instructions in the Manual , and it shows the GPS (which is Ublox) location in mission planner , I did have to join the Plug on the GPS module to the lead and plug supplied for GPS with the APM board. but was not difficult .

Anyway . if anyone can tell me what the pins are along the GPS/L2C side , that would be cool , For now I have to take a Dremel to the hard case to allow these pins to be on the outside , and for the hard case to close . really looking forward to the capability';s of this bit of kit , but so far I am really impressed .

Are you talking about the ';old style GPS port'; ?

firey1

those pins are aux UART 0 UART 2  I have them also on my board and did the same trimming the case so they fit
I run my OSD off 3 of the pins and my 3dr Telementry off its own plug it ment i didnt have too splice into my telementry cable and can run without on or the other

@ Rickp

No mate , the pin holes between the l2c port , and the old gps port are populated .

Thanks Firey1 , that';s the kind of info I was looking for , although that only accounts for a few of the pins .
