I love taking still photographs with my quad and enjoy sharing them with the IFLY-4 group on Face Book.

I realise bandwidth could be an issue if we all start posting images on the Multi Rotor UK server, is there a case or a need to have links to photo galleries, just images taken from our machines.
Does the image reside on the server or some other site that dosent affect the server.

here';s a couple I took tonight,
Crichton
Crichton-Borthwick

I';ve created a flicker set for myself http://www.flickr.com/photos/rkspics/sets/72157634665418149/   We could have a Multi Rotor UK Flickr Group for us to load all of our photos to, would that be a popular idea.
We could have an image of our gimbals and cameras to give folks an idea of what works, I realise most are into FPV but saving for posterity our fast changing world is very important.

Strike while the Iron is hot they say, Flickr group created , Pease click join the group on the flickr page  http://www.flickr.com/groups/2264645@N21/

Thanks for the heads up! Some great photos from a great forum.
Makes sense to use an off forum server.

Nice pics.  Are they still frames from movie or actual stills?  I suspect the later.

SamutPrakan, Thailand, ChaoPraya river across top of frame leading from Gulf of Thailand  (left) to Bangkok (top). From about 500'; looking west into a low afternoon sun. HobbyKing 720p ';WingCam'; in motion sensing stills mode on anti vibration gel pad on the frame of my HK X580 quad.
FPV through the FatShark 600TVL camera visible on right.
Took this quad and my K-Quad (mini) on holiday with me in March this year, had a blast flying with the local club guys!
